계정 탈퇴 및 개인정보 데이터 삭제 방법 안내
BrioDo는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 보호하며, 더 이상 서비스를 사용하지 않으실 경우 관련 데이터의 완전한 삭제를 지원합니다.
1. 삭제되는 데이터 범위
삭제를 요청하시면 다음 데이터가 즉시 및 영구적으로 파기됩니다.
- Google 로그인 계정 연동 정보 (이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진)
- 클라우드에 저장된 할 일 데이터 (Firebase Firestore 데이터 전체)
- 앱 개인화 설정 데이터 (테마, 폰트 스케일 등 환경설정)
- 사용 통계 데이터 및 AI 요청 기록
2. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 방법
방법 A: 앱 내에서 즉시 처리 (권장)
가장 빠르고 간편한 방법은 앱 내에서 직접 로그아웃 및 데이터를 정리하는 것입니다.
- 로컬 데이터 정리: 앱의 설정 ➔ 계정 ➔ 로그아웃을 진행하시면 기기에 저장된 모든 로컬 임시 데이터가 즉시 파기됩니다.
- 앱 삭제: BrioDo 앱을 기기에서 제거(삭제)하시면 IndexedDB 내의 로컬 캐시 데이터도 Android 시스템 규칙에 의해 완전히 제거됩니다.
방법 B: 이메일 삭제 요청 (Google 로그인 사용자)
Google 계정으로 동기화된 클라우드(Firebase) 상의 정보를 완전히 삭제하고 탈퇴하고 싶으신 경우, 아래 버튼을 통해 삭제를 신청하실 수 있습니다.
- 신청 방법: 아래 삭제 요청 버튼을 클릭하거나, jeiel85@gmail.com으로 가입하신 Google 이메일 주소와 함께 "BrioDo 계정 삭제 요청"을 보내주세요.
- 소요 시간: 이메일 접수 후 영업일 기준 24시간 이내에 Firebase 콘솔에서 모든 사용자 프로필 및 데이터가 완전히 삭제되며, 완료 후 확인 메일을 드립니다.

BrioDo values your privacy. If you choose to stop using our service, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your data.
1. Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon request, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed:
- Google account link (Email address, profile name, profile image URL)
- Cloud stored task data (All documents in Firebase Firestore)
- Application settings (Themes, font scale, settings preferences)
- Usage statistics and AI analytics data
2. How to Request Deletion
Method A: Self-Service via App (Recommended)
You can instantly clear local data and stop syncing through the application:
- Clear Local Cache: Navigate to Settings ➔ Account ➔ Sign Out inside the app to wipe out any cached local storage.
- Uninstall the App: Removing BrioDo from your device automatically clears all local data stored in IndexedDB under Android's secure sandbox.
Method B: Manual Request via Email
To completely delete your cloud-synchronized profile and data from Firebase, you can send us a direct request:
- How to request: Click the button below or email jeiel85@gmail.com with the Google email address you used to sign in to the app.
- Processing Time: We will manually delete your user authentication record and corresponding cloud database entries within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
