Privacy Policy

Flux Hourglass collects nothing, transmits nothing, and shares nothing. This page documents that in plain language, in English and Korean.

1. Summary

Flux Hourglass (the “App”, package com.flux.hourglass) is an offline Android timer. It does not collect, store off-device, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data of any kind.

2. Data we collect

None. Specifically:

No account, sign-up, or login.
No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or usage metrics.
No advertising SDKs, no ad identifiers, no tracking pixels.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, files, or device identifiers are read.
No third-party SDK that performs data collection is bundled in the app.

3. Data we store on your device

The App writes a single small preference file on your device that remembers the last hours / minutes / seconds you started a timer with, so the pickers are pre-seeded on the next launch. This data:

Stays on your device in the app’s private storage.
Is never transmitted off the device.
Is removed automatically when you uninstall the App or clear its storage from Android Settings.

4. Network access

The App does not request the INTERNET permission and makes no network requests of any kind. It cannot contact a server even if it wanted to.

5. Permissions

The App requests exactly one Android permission: android.permission.VIBRATE, used to vibrate the device when the timer finishes. No other permissions are declared or requested.

6. Children’s privacy

Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. It is suitable for users of all ages.

7. Third parties

The App contains no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics, and no third-party social SDKs. The only third party involved in distribution is Google Play itself, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same URL with a new “Last updated” date below. Material changes will be reflected in the App’s release notes on Google Play.

3. 기기 내부에 저장되는 정보

앱 전용 내부 저장소에만 남으며 기기 외부로 절대 전송되지 않습니다.
본 앱을 삭제하거나 안드로이드 설정에서 앱 저장공간을 지우면 함께 제거됩니다.

4. 네트워크 접근

본 앱은 INTERNET 권한을 요청하지 않으며 어떠한 네트워크 요청도 수행하지 않습니다. 구조적으로 외부 서버와 통신할 수 없습니다.

5. 권한

본 앱이 요청하는 안드로이드 권한은 android.permission.VIBRATE(진동) 한 가지뿐이며, 타이머 종료 시 기기를 진동시키기 위해서만 사용합니다. 그 외 어떤 권한도 선언·요청하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보 또한 수집하지 않습니다. 전 연령이 이용할 수 있습니다.

7. 제3자

본 앱에는 제3자 광고, 제3자 분석, 제3자 소셜 SDK가 일절 포함되지 않습니다. 배포 과정에서 관여하는 유일한 제3자는 Google Play이며, 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

8. 정책 변경

본 정책이 변경되는 경우 동일한 URL에 갱신된 버전과 갱신일자가 게시됩니다. 중대한 변경 사항은 Google Play의 출시 노트에도 함께 반영됩니다.
