- World Ledger result screen
- Main menu and world map prototype

Success Criteria:

- 10-minute session is fun.
- Ledger changes are understandable.
- Mobile controls are not tiring.
- 6/10 test players play more than two runs.

## Phase 2 — Alpha, 12 weeks

- 3 characters
- 4 weapons
- 3 regions
- 3 bosses
- 25 omen cards
- 35 relics
- Save/settings/achievements
- Initial audio pass
- Balance logging tools

## Phase 3 — Beta, 10 weeks

- 60 relics
- Tutorial
